Heather Price has had a diverse consulting portfolio across the Pentagon, providing solutions in weapons systems acquisition, data science, strategic communication, private industry outreach, and business management to the U.S. Army, the Air Force, and the Department of Defense. She currently serves as a consultant in Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army (Acquisition, Logistics & Technology) on behalf of Integrated Data Services, where she advises on deployment of IDS proprietary acquisition management software and acquisition policy, and builds custom business intelligence and data analytics applications for Army senior leadership to monitor the health of the Army weapons systems portfolio. Previously, she served as Business Development & Engagement Strategist for Defense Innovation Unit(DIU), responsible for advising Congressional and DoD relationship management and supporting DIU’s mission to accelerate commercial technology in AI, autonomy, cyber, human systems, and space. She has also served as International Business Development Manager for Raytheon Company, focused on expanding Raytheon’s global growth and international weapons sales. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the National Military Intelligence Foundation, was named one of Women in Technology’s 2021 “Rising Stars in Tech,”and was a selected as a 2019-2020 finalist for White House Fellows. Active in her community, she has volunteered as a violin teacher at the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts and as a tech startup mentor at Fed Tech Startup School, and has served on the leadership team of Defense EntrepreneursForum. She holds a Master’s in Foreign & Defense Policy from American University, a Bachelor’s in International Politics from the American University of Paris, and is pursuing an executive certificate in digital transformation at Stanford University School of Engineering. She has also completed multiple executive education programs through Harvard Business School and Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Heather is a classical musician, a 3x marathon finisher, an accomplished painter, a proud selectee for direct commission in the U.S. Army Reserve, and a passionate student of languages.
