James Mersol is the Publications Manager at the Center for Strategic and Budgetary Assessments. Prior to joining CSBA, he covered cybersecurity and national security for GovernmentCIO Media & Research. While pursuing his master’s degree at the Johns Hopkins School for Advanced International Studies, he served as Dr. Eliot Cohen’s research assistant, a staff ride quartermaster and research assistant, and an editor for the SAIS Review. James’s research interests include cybersecurity, disinformation, and futures analysis, and his other interests include photography, baking, and tabletop gaming.
