Rachel Brooks is a Rotary International Peace Fellow and MA candidate in international relations and security studies at England’s University of Bradford. Rachel currently serves as a Virtual Student Federal Service intern with the U.S. Department of Defense and volunteers as a Fulbright U.S. Student alumni ambassador and Girl Security mentor. She previously managed programs for the Center for Business, Government & Society at Dartmouth College’s Tuck School of Business and spent two years teaching English on Jeju Island, South Korea with the U.S. Department of State’s Fulbright Program. A Sharpe Community Scholar and Honors Fellow, Rachel graduated from the College of William and Mary with a degree in public policy and honors in interdisciplinary studies.
